Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the processing of the order.
No cancellations of orders are entertained post usage of the specific service (credits purchased for interaction with other users of the website).
No cancellations are entertained for those products that the User has purchased on special occasion offers and special discounts and therefore cancellations are not possible.
In case User feels that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per Users expectations, User must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into the User's complaint will take an appropriate decision.
Refund will be settled in 7 days from the request received.
Mode of refund will be the same as mode of payments.
